Vale Park, Evesham, Worcestershire

A project carried out by Evesham Estates Limited, a subsidiary Cirrus Properties Limited who optioned 300 acres of agricultural land from three landowners, which was subsequently acquired for the development of a 29 ha (70 acre) business park in 1996 to 2000. Infrastructure were constructed to service plots that were sold on a freehold basis for the development of industrial / warehouse and office premises for occupation by local and regional firms.

Following the success of the first phase of Vale Park, the allocation of a further 16.2 ha (40 acres) of land for employment use was pursued through the Wychavon District Local Plan in 2003 and a outline planning permission was achieved in 2006. This further phase of land was acquired in 2006 and sold on to a consortium of Stoford Developments Limited funded by LaSalle UK Ventures Fund.

In the 2012 an additional 5ha (12.5acres) of land was allocated for employment uses in the South Worcestershire Development Plan and sold to Wychavon District Council in 2014.
