Quadrum Park, Guildford

A project undertaken in joint venture with Welbeck Land Limited acquired a site of 3.13 ha (7.75 acres) located south of Guildford in 2002 for the speculative development of 9,662 m2 (104,000 sq.ft) of B1/B2/B8 industrial/warehouse units in two phases comprising 18 units ranging from 247 m2 to 1,420 m2 (2,665 sq.ft to 15,279 sq ft.).

The units were sold on a freehold basis to local occupiers with a pre-commitment on a design & build unit of 789 m2 (8,500 sq.ft) in the second phase and the project was completed in 2005 following the sale of the remaining units.
