A previously developed 11.3ha (28 acre) site in a woodland setting on Nine Mile Ride, Wokingham was acquired in joint venture with Terrace Hill Group Plc in 2005 for redevelopment of the existing office building for a campus style office scheme. Planning permission was achieved for business park of 14,399 m2(155,000 sq.ft) GIA of small office buildings in 2005.
Following negotiations, a pre-sale of a 18,580m2 (200,000 sq.ft.) headquarters office building was agreed with Johnson & Johnson Medical and planning was achieved in 2006. The first phase of 11,150m2 (120,000 sq.ft) was completed for occupation in 2008.
