Houghton Hall Business Park, Dunstable

A partially completed office park on 14 ha (35 acres) with 6.72 ha (16.6acres of land remaining undeveloped which was acquired in joint venture with Swan Hill Properties Limited in 1997 from the LPA receiver of Apeills Developments. A plot of 10 acres was sold on to Amtrack Express Parcels and the remaining land was sold as serviced development plots. The site was heavily constrained by protected trees in the grounds of the Grade I Listed Houghton Hall and development included repairs to the infrastructure.
