The last available freehold site of 3.13 hectares (7.74 acres) situated on Gillingham Business Park was acquired in joint venture with London & Stamford Investments Plc in 2007. Planning was achieved for a scheme of 12,540 m2 (135,000 sq.ft) of small B1 office buildings and B2/B8 industrial units.

In 2013 the site was sold to Henry Schein with a planning consent for a new warehouse facility of 11,150m2 (120,000 sq.ft).
