Connect 10, Ashford Business Park

A site of 1.26 ha (3.13 acres) on Ashford Business Park was acquired in 2004 in joint venture with PPG for a speculative development of 4,830 m2 (52,000 sq. ft) of small industrial B1/B2/B8 units ranging in size of 116 to 464 m2 (1,250 to 5,000 sq.ft). The scheme offered to local occupiers on a freehold basis was completed in 2008.
